Single detached home sales numbered 984 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, rising 7.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 4,625 units in all of 2025. This was up 12.7% compared to the 4,104 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 266 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down two sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,218 units in all of 2025. This was up 5.2% compared to the 1,158 units recorded in 2024.



 

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 318 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 16.8% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 1,622 units in all of 2025. This was down 0.1% compared to the 1,624 units recorded in 2024.
