Residential sales activity in the Interior BC region slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,562 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 14.8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 14.8% for single detached homes, were down 8.9% for townhouse and row units, and were down 19.1% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
