Residential sales activity in the Interior BC region rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 2,722 units in the second quarter of 2026, little changed, up only 0.9% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales slowed 0.7% for single detached homes, were down 3.6% for townhouse and row units, and were up 11.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
