Residential sales activity in the Interior BC region slowed in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,443 units in the first quarter of 2024, down 14.8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 15.3% for single detached homes, were down 9.8% for townhouse and row units, and were down 21.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
