Residential sales activity in the Interior BC region rose in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024.
Residential property sales numbered 1,703 units in the first quarter of 2025, accelerating 12.3% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 15.1% for single detached homes, were up 9.4% for townhouse and row units, and were up 8.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
