Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 246 units in the third quarter of 2026, weakening 21.9% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 158 units in the third quarter of 2026, declining 16.8% from the same quarter in 2025.
