Single detached home sales numbered 833 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down 14 sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 3,741 units in all of 2025. This was down 2.7% compared to the 3,844 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 245 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 14.9% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,197 units in all of 2025. This was down 9.2% compared to the 1,319 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment unit sales numbered 137 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down 10 sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 677 units in all of 2025. This was down 5% compared to the 713 units recorded in 2024.
