Residential property sales numbered 1,415 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 15.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 17.7% for single detached homes, were up 11% for townhouse and row units, and were up 4.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the fourth quarter.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 6,438 units in all of 2024. This was up 3.3% compared to the 6,231 units recorded in 2023.
