Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 269 units in the second quarter of 2026, an increase of 10.2% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Condominium

Condominium unit sales numbered 573 units in the second quarter of 2026, declining 13.1% from the same quarter in 2025.
