Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 182 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 22.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Condominium

Condominium unit sales numbered 441 units in the first quarter of 2024, slowing 4.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
