Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Victoria rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,689 units in the third quarter of 2024, up 8.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single-family home sales rose 5.7%, were up 5.8% for sales of townhouse and row units, and were up 12% for sales of condominium units in the third quarter of 2024.
