Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Victoria slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 1,997 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging down only 3.8% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single-family home sales slowed 3.8%, were up 10.2% for sales of townhouse and row units, and were down 13.1% for sales of condominium units in the second quarter of 2026.
