Residential sales activity in Victoria slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,023 units in the second quarter of 2024, edging down only 1.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Single-family home sales rose 4.9%, were down 0.8% for sales of townhouse and row units, and were down 7.8% for sales of condominium units in the second quarter of 2024.
