Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Victoria rose in the first quarter of 2025 compared to the first quarter of 2024.

Residential property sales numbered 1,480 units in the first quarter of 2025, accelerating 11% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Single-family home sales rose 4.7%, were up 4.4% for sales of townhouse and row units, and were up 23.1% for sales of condominium units in the first quarter of 2025.
