Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 968 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, slowing 9.6% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 4,516 units in all of 2025. This was down 6.6% compared to the 4,833 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 151 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, weakening 24.5% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 746 units in all of 2025. This was down 20.7% compared to the 941 units recorded in 2024.



 

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 73 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, up seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 293 units in all of 2025. This was down 12.8% compared to the 336 units recorded in 2024.
