Residential sales activity in the area served by the Niagara Association of REALTORS® rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 1,802 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging up 1.2% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Single detached home sales came in unchanged on a year-over-year basis, were up 5.9% for townhouse and row units, and were up 3.3% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
