Residential sales activity in the area served by the Niagara Association of REALTORS® rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,579 units in the first quarter of 2024, up 8.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 8.1% for single detached homes, were up 15.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 4.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
