Residential sales activity in the area served by the Niagara Association of REALTORS® rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,619 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging up 3.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 5.7% for single detached homes, were down 4.8% for townhouse and row units, and were down 8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
