Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the area served by the Niagara Association of REALTORS® slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,898 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Sales slowed 5.8% for single detached homes, were down 18.2% for townhouse and row units, and were down 8.5% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
