Single detached home sales numbered 639 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, an increase of 22.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Annually, single detached home sales numbered 2,838 units in all of 2024. This was up 10.6% compared to the 2,565 units recorded in 2023.
