Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the area served by the BC Northern real estate board slowed in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,141 units in the third quarter of 2024, down seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales slowed 1.9% in the third quarter of 2024.
