Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the area served by the BC Northern real estate board rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 695 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 11.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 16.3% in the first quarter of 2024.
