Residential property sales numbered 2,523 units in the first quarter of 2025, up 7.5% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 5.6% for single detached homes, were up 50.6% for townhouse and row units, and were up 7.2% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
