Residential sales activity in Winnipeg rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,348 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 13.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 11.3% for single detached homes, were up 2.3% for townhouse and row units, and were up 18.3% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
