Residential property sales numbered 4,651 units in the second quarter of 2025, up 6% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 6% for single detached homes, were up 23.2% for townhouse and row units, and were down 13.8% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
