Single detached home sales numbered 1,413 units in the second quarter of 2024, slowing 8.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 117 units in the second quarter of 2024, a large increase of 30% compared to the same quarter in 2023. This was the highest level of sales for this quarter on record.
