Single detached home sales numbered 1,140 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, rising 5.2% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 4,829 units in all of 2025. This was unchanged compared to the 4,831 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 62 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, down seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 292 units in all of 2025. This was down 21.5% compared to the 372 units recorded in 2024.
