Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 9.6% as of October 2025, down 0.8% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 7.9% below the peak from May 2020 but remains above the long-run average.
There were 5,600 more full-time jobs in October 2025 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a gain of 2,500 part-time positions, this led to an increase of 8,100 total jobs in October.
Full-time employment was still down 1,500 jobs from the peak in September 2024 but stood 12,200 jobs above the trough in July 2025.
