Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 7.5% as of August 2026, down 0.1% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 10% below the peak from May 2020 and is below the long-run average.
There were 4,400 more full-time jobs in August 2026 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a gain of 1,700 part-time positions, this led to an increase of 6,100 total jobs in August.
Full-time employment was down 5,300 jobs from the peak in November 2025 but stood 10,900 jobs above the trough in May 2026.
