Windsor Employment Trends
The unemployment rate in Windsor was 7.6% as of July 2026, down 0.4% from the previous month. The unemployment rate stood 9.9% below the peak from May 2020 and is below the long-run average.
There were 5,200 more full-time jobs in July 2026 compared to a month earlier. Combined with a gain of 800 part-time positions, this led to an increase of 6,000 total jobs in July.
Full-time employment was down 9,600 jobs from the peak in November 2025 but stood 6,600 jobs above the trough in May 2026.
