Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Windsor-Essex rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,154 units in the first quarter of 2024, up 4.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 5.7%, while sales of apartment units were up 15.2% in the first quarter of 2024.
