Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Windsor-Essex rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,214 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 14.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 17.5%, while sales of apartment units were up 16.9% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 5,475 units in all of 2024. This was up 3.2% compared to the 5,307 units recorded in 2023.
