Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 282 units in the second quarter of 2024, down one sale compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 249 units in the second quarter of 2024, slowing 9.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
