Residential sales activity in the Vancouver Island area slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 1,852 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 10.9% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales slowed 13.2% for single detached homes, were down 14.6% for townhouse and row units, and were down 3.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
