Residential sales activity in the Vancouver Island area rose in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,969 units in the third quarter of 2024, up two sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 0.4% for single detached homes, were up 11.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 15.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
