Single detached home sales numbered 831 units in the first quarter of 2024, slowing 7.9% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 180 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 10.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 199 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 15.7% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
