Single detached home sales numbered 1,206 units in the third quarter of 2024, up five sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 261 units in the third quarter of 2024, an increase of 11.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 226 units in the third quarter of 2024, declining 15.7% from the same quarter in 2023.
