Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 291 units in the second quarter of 2026, rising 8.2% compared to the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 227 units in the second quarter of 2026, slowing 8.5% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
