Residential property sales numbered 2,359 units in the second quarter of 2025, up 6.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales rose 11.9% for single detached homes, were down 4.6% for townhouse and row units, and were down 0.4% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
