Residential sales activity in the Vancouver Island area slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,223 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 8.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 10.9% for single detached homes, were down 0.4% for townhouse and row units, and were down 9.1% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
