Residential sales activity in the Thunder Bay area rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 569 units in the second quarter of 2024, edging up 3.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 4% in the second quarter of 2024.
