Residential sales activity in the Thunder Bay area rose in the third quarter of 2025 compared to the third quarter of 2024.

Residential property sales numbered 786 units in the third quarter of 2025, accelerating 15.9% compared to the same quarter in 2024. This was the highest number of residential sales ever recorded in any quarter.

Single detached home sales rose 17.3% in the third quarter of 2025.
