Residential sales activity in the Thunder Bay area slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 571 units in the second quarter of 2026, down 14.8% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 13% in the second quarter of 2026.
