Residential sales activity in the Thunder Bay area slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 757 units in the third quarter of 2026, edging down only 3.8% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales slowed 5% in the third quarter of 2026.
