Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Sudbury rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 538 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 16.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 12.4% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 2,552 units in all of 2024. This was up 11.5% compared to the 2,288 units recorded in 2023.
