Residential sales activity in Sault Ste. Marie rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 471 units in the second quarter of 2024, up 6.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 13.2% in the second quarter of 2024.
