Residential sales activity in Sault Ste. Marie rose in the fourth quarter of 2024 compared to the fourth quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 347 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, accelerating 11.6% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 12.3% in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Annually, residential property sales numbered 1,610 units in all of 2024. This was up 9.6% compared to the 1,469 units recorded in 2023.
