Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the South Peace River Region rose in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 108 units in the second quarter of 2024, up four sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales slowed 2.3% in the second quarter of 2024.
