Residential sales activity in North Bay slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 299 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 9.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales slowed 4.5% in the second quarter of 2024.
