Residential sales activity in North Bay rose in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 427 units in the third quarter of 2026, accelerating 10.1% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose 14.8% in the third quarter of 2026.
