Residential sales activity in the London and St. Thomas area rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 1,667 units in the first quarter of 2024, accelerating 10.1% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 9.4% for single detached homes, were up 19.7% for townhouse and row units, and were up 4.4% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
