Single Detached

Single detached home sales numbered 317 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, up five sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 1,749 units in all of 2024. This was up 2.5% compared to the 1,707 units recorded in 2023.


Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 84 units in the fourth quarter of 2024, up two sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 388 units in all of 2024. This was down 10.6% compared to the 434 units recorded in 2023.
