Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in the Kootenays rose in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 506 units in the first quarter of 2024, up seven sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales rose 9.9%, while sales of apartment units were down 20.4% in the first quarter of 2024.
