Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Kamloops slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 749 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 7% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Sales rose 1.3% for single detached homes, were down 18.6% for townhouse and row units, and were down 17.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
