Residential sales activity in Kamloops slowed in the first quarter of 2024 compared to the first quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 479 units in the first quarter of 2024, down 11 sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 1.1% for single detached homes, were up 13.8% for townhouse and row units, and were down 6% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
