Single detached home sales numbered 1,206 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, slowing 4.7% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, single detached home sales numbered 5,733 units in all of 2025. This was up 4.8% compared to the 5,472 units recorded in 2024.

Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 305 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, weakening 23% compared to the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,621 units in all of 2025. This was down 7.4% compared to the 1,750 units recorded in 2024.

Apartment unit sales numbered 202 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, declining 16.2% from the same quarter in 2024.

Annually, apartment unit sales numbered 898 units in all of 2025. This was down 16% compared to the 1,069 units recorded in 2024.
