Residential sales activity in Hamilton-Burlington slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.
Residential property sales numbered 2,102 units in the third quarter of 2026, down 10.6% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
Sales slowed 11.5% for single detached homes, were down 5.7% for townhouse and row units, and were down 7.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
