Residential sales activity in Hamilton-Burlington slowed in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 2,369 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging down only 1.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales rose 1% for single detached homes, were up 6.2% for townhouse and row units, and were down 15.4% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
