Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Hamilton-Burlington rose in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 2,619 units in the second quarter of 2026, up 10 sales compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Sales rose 0.4% for single detached homes, were down 1.6% for townhouse and row units, and were up 633.3% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
