Residential sales activity in Hamilton-Burlington slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 3,187 units in the second quarter of 2024, down 14% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 12% for single detached homes, were down 14.3% for townhouse and row units, and were down 18.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
