Residential sales activity in Rideau-St. Lawrence slowed in the second quarter of 2026 compared to the second quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 848 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging down only 3.3% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales came in unchanged in the second quarter of 2026.
