Single detached home sales were up from year-ago levels in price ranges above $450K in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for single detached homes was tightest in the range $550K-$650K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Single detached homes in the price range $550K-$650K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.


Townhouse

Townhouse unit sales were up from year-ago levels in all price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for townhouse units was tightest in the ranges $350K-$425K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Townhouse units in the price range $350K-$425K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales were up from year-ago levels across all price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for apartment units was tightest in the range $250K-$300K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Apartment units in the price range $250K-$300K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.
