Residential sales activity in Calgary slowed in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 8,534 units in the third quarter of 2024, down 13.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 10.1% for single detached homes, were down 9.5% for townhouse and row units, and were down 24.9% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the third quarter.
