Townhouse

Townhouse and row unit sales numbered 1,326 units in the second quarter of 2026, declining 10.7% from the same quarter in 2025.



Apartment

Apartment unit sales numbered 1,403 units in the second quarter of 2026, weakening 24.6% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
