Residential sales activity in Calgary slowed in the second quarter of 2024 compared to the second quarter of 2023.
Residential property sales numbered 11,166 units in the second quarter of 2024, edging down only 2.5% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
Sales slowed 6.4% for single detached homes, were up 0.8% for townhouse and row units, and were up 2.7% for apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
