Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Brantford slowed in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 423 units in the third quarter of 2026, down four sales compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose 7.6%, while sales of townhouse and row units were down 23.2% in the third quarter of 2026.
