Single detached

Single detached home sales were down from year-ago levels in all but the highest price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for single detached homes was tightest in the range $1M-$1.25M, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Single detached homes in the price ranges $1M-$1.25M, $500K-$750K, $750K-$1M, and above $1.25M spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.


Semi-detached

Semi-detached home sales were down from year-ago levels across all price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for semi-detached homes was tightest in the range above $800K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Semi-detached homes in the price range $600K-$700K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.



Condominium townhouse

Condominium townhouse unit sales were down from year-ago levels in all but the highest price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for condominium townhouse units was tightest in the range above $650K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Condominium townhouse units in the price range $350K-$450K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.


Condominium apartment

Condominium apartment unit sales were down from year-ago levels in almost all price ranges in the first quarter of 2022.

The market for condominium apartment units was tightest in the range $500K-$575K, where demand was strongest relative to supply.

Condominium apartment units in the price range above $575K spent the least amount of time on market prior to selling in the first quarter.
