Condominium townhouse unit sales numbered 1,183 units in the third quarter of 2026, slowing 4.1% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Condominium Apartment

Condominium apartment unit sales numbered 4,205 units in the third quarter of 2026, edging down only 3.5% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
