Condominium Townhouse

Condominium townhouse unit sales numbered 1,332 units in the second quarter of 2026, edging up 1.8% compared to the same quarter in 2025.


Condominium Apartment

Condominium apartment unit sales numbered 4,794 units in the second quarter of 2026, rising 9.1% compared to the same quarter in 2025.
