Semi-detached

Semi-detached unit sales numbered 1,342 units in the third quarter of 2024, rising 5.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.



Condominium Townhouse

Condominium townhouse unit sales numbered 1,152 units in the third quarter of 2024, edging down only 2.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Condominium Apartment

Condominium apartment unit sales numbered 4,204 units in the third quarter of 2024, slowing 4.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.
