Residential property sales numbered 12,899 units in the first quarter of 2025, a decrease of 21.3% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 23.3% for single detached homes, were down 13.6% for semi-detached units, were down 23.5% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 20% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the first quarter.
