Residential property sales numbered 18,088 units in the second quarter of 2025, down 11.1% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Sales slowed 12.1% for single detached homes, were down 3.9% for semi-detached units, were down 20.3% for condominium townhouse units, and were down 20.9% for condominium apartment units compared to a year earlier in the second quarter.
