Single detached home sales numbered 546 units in the first quarter of 2024, slowing 9.2% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales in St. John’s numbered 148 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 13% compared to the same quarter in 2023.


Multi-Family

Multi-family unit sales numbered 167 units in the first quarter of 2024, an increase of 18.4% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Multi-family unit sales in St. John’s sales numbered 87 units in the first quarter of 2024, up 13 sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
