Single detached home sales numbered 1,212 units in the third quarter of 2024, slowing 4.8% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales in St. John’s numbered 235 units in the third quarter of 2024, declining 16.7% from the same quarter in 2023.


Multi-Family

Multi-family unit sales numbered 282 units in the third quarter of 2024, rising 9.3% compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Multi-family unit sales in St. John’s sales numbered 137 units in the third quarter of 2024, up six sales compared to the same quarter in 2023.
