Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Newfoundland and Labrador came in unchanged in the third quarter of 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023.

Residential property sales numbered 1,782 units in the third quarter of 2024, down one sale compared to the same quarter in 2023.

Single detached home sales were down 4.8%, while sales of multi-family units were up 9.3% in the third quarter of 2024.
