Residential property sales numbered 1,758 units in the fourth quarter of 2025, edging up 2.8% compared to the same quarter in 2024.
Single detached home sales were down 1%, while sales of multi-family units were up 15.9% in the fourth quarter of 2025.
Annually, residential property sales numbered 6,138 units in all of 2025. This was up 7.9% compared to the 5,686 units recorded in 2024.
