Residential Activity


Residential sales activity in Newfoundland and Labrador rose in the third quarter of 2026 compared to the third quarter of 2025.

Residential property sales numbered 1,922 units in the third quarter of 2026, edging up 1.7% compared to the same quarter in 2025.

Single detached home sales rose by 1.4%, while sales of multi-family units were down 8.4% in the third quarter of 2026.
